March 2026 Career Readiness

Career Readiness – Roxbury

The Career Readiness Workshop is designed to help participants build the foundational skills, confidence, and professional awareness necessary for workplace success. The training focuses on essential topics such as workplace etiquette, time management, communication skills, teamwork, and problem-solving. Participants learn how to present themselves professionally, understand employer expectations, and adapt to different work environments. The workshop also introduces participants to goal setting, career planning, and strategies for balancing personal and professional responsibilities. Interactive activities such as mock interviews, group discussions, and self-assessment exercises encourage participants to reflect on their strengths and areas for growth. By the end of the series, participants gain a deeper understanding of what it means to be “work-ready” and leave equipped with the practical tools and confidence needed to secure and maintain employment.
